What consumer health data we collect

Cycle and period data, daily check-ins, health conditions you choose to share, allergies and sensitivities, body measurements, workouts, and — if you connect it — read-only data from Apple Health.

Where it comes from

You, and Apple Health if you connect it.

Why we collect it

To provide Gal's features — cycle estimates, food scores, patterns and reminders.

Your consent

When you first set up Gal, we ask you to agree, in a separate step, to Gal using this information to personalise the App. We collect it only after you agree.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help run Gal, under contract (listed in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy). We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data in the App (Profile → Download my data / Delete my account), or by emailing privacy@heygal.app. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the data or your account.
